Rockingham Community Action's mission is to alleviate and prevent poverty, and to promote self-reliance. This mission is accomplished by providing people with the tools and resources to help them overcome economic hardship, through advocacy and the effective delivery of comprehensive services, and in collaboration with individuals, families, and other community partners.
